Manage Events

OBJECTIVE

The Manage Events function is used to enter information about various events that may occur, in relation to an employee. A list can then be created using the List Generator to consult this information.

This option compiles information on industrial accidents, sick leaves, employee trainings, etc.

Steps

 

maestro* > Time Management > Human Resources > Events Management > Manage Events

 

Create an event

  1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Event No. field.

 

Field

Description

Event No.

Identification number of the event.

NOTE: A number is assigned automatically by the system when the record is saved. However, it is possible to enter one manually.

Event Type

Event type.

Employee No.

Employee's number.

Date

Date of the event.

Quantity

Quantity attached to the event.

Description

Description of the event.

  1. Click Save.
